No. These sheets organize the notes you write yourself — visit dates, vaccination dates, feeding arrangements. They are handy to bring along to appointments, but your veterinarian keeps their own records.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you type stays in your own browser's local storage on your device. There is no account, no upload and no server copy. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Do the templates print on one page?
Yes — each template is laid out as a single page on A4 or US Letter, in plain black and white on a white background to keep printing cheap.
